By using the services of A1 Speedy Recovery, you agree to be bound
by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms,
please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
A1 Speedy Recovery provides:
- 24/7 vehicle recovery services
- Roadside assistance and repairs
- Accident recovery services
- Commercial and fleet vehicle assistance
Services are subject to availability and may vary based on location
and circumstances.
3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed
- We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and phone payment links

Business customers may be offered monthly invoicing subject to
credit approval

Quoted prices are estimates and may change based on actual service
requirements
- All prices include VAT where applicable
4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made before our vehicle is dispatched: Full refund
- Cancellations after dispatch: A callout fee may apply

Refunds for cancelled services will be processed within 5-10
business days

If we cannot complete a service due to circumstances beyond our
control, a full refund will be provided
5. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:

Provide accurate information about your location and vehicle

Ensure you have authority to request recovery for the vehicle
- Remove all valuable items from your vehicle before recovery
- Comply with our operator's safety instructions
- Pay for services as agreed
6. Liability and Insurance
We maintain comprehensive insurance for our operations. However:
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage to vehicles
- We are not responsible for items left in vehicles

Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided

Claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion
7. Emergency Services
If you are in immediate danger or involved in a serious accident,
you must contact emergency services (999) before contacting us. We
are a vehicle recovery service and cannot provide emergency medical
or safety assistance.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be governed by the laws of England and Wales. We
encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues
before pursuing formal legal action.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will
be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
